For gym we had curling because there was a star dome in the gym. The rink was wet looking even though it was solid. It was so slippery that Mrs. Rand almost fell!
The boys went on the far side, and the girls went on the close side. We put the rocks in the snow so they could cool down because they were warm from being in a hot room. If we didn’t put them in the snow they would crack the ice.
We got to pretend to practice shooting the rocks and sliding on our tummies! It was fun sliding on our stomachs!
Then we got are rocks and the girls tried to shoot them closest to the button. The first time only 1 girl got past the hog line. Then the boys went. Most of them got past the line! Then we went over and over again! It was… AWESOME!!!J
