Today on April the 16th our
Winnipeg Jets have their first playoff game in 19 years and our school has been
celebrating big time and when I mean big time I mean BIG. The reason its big
time is because CTV news came and videotaped all of our school yelling TRUE
NORTH in Oh Canada and we also sang the new playoff anthem. Our class practiced
that song so much and we had a few times the whole school practiced.
Jason,
Brett, Leif, Dobie, Liam, Andrew, Caeden, and I all sang with our hands around
each other and I think our class had to be the loudest by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was pretty much how our assembly went and we also did the wave and chanted
GO JETS GO And PAVE, PAVE.
