Helping Others + Raising Awareness = A Good Thing!

We Scare Hunger! Boo!
The staff and students of BHS are showing the love by helping others with 2 campaigns during the last few weeks of October!

The SPIN Club is busy raising awareness for the We Scare Hunger Campaign with Free the Children. We are collecting non-perishable food items for Winnipeg Harvest. The top 10 needed items include; canned fish and poultry, canned fruit and veggies, canned stew, peanut butter, baby food, pasta, rice, spaghetti sauce, cereal, and canned soup. We will be collecting items until the end of October.

AND, our class is once again running the UNICEF campaign. Last year, BHS raised over $3300 and was one of the top 3 schools in MB! Wow! Donation forms are being sent home on Thursday, October 17th and are due back by November 1st. You can learn more about UNICEF and donate online by clicking HERE.
