Today, we celebrated "International Dot Day" (which is actually tomorrow) by reading Peter Reynolds' book "The Dot", doing a challenging math job, and even sneaking in an art job modelled after the work of Roy Liechtenstein.
The weather cooperated this morning for our first fire drill of the year. Patrols had 2 sessions of training this week and will be starting next week! It's nice to see some Room 31 students take on leadership jobs in our school!
Looking forward to meeting you at the Open House BBQ on Tuesday, September 18 from 5 to 6:30. Don't worry if you haven't pre-ordered food, you will still be able to buy during the BBQ!
